Thanh Weekly Twitch Ladder Cup - Best of 3 Format with 1 Ban

Free to play ladder with rewards for the top players.

Thanh is hosting his own ladder cup here on Battleriff. The ladder is open for anyone to join and Thanh will be participating and streaming all of his challenges live on Twitch.

What's special about this ladder event is that it features the Best of 3 format and 1 ban. After a player has won their first game they must switch to another class for their next game.

Be sure that you have read and understood the ladder rules below before joining the event.

Once the ladder has started, maximize your grind and take down as many opponents as possible to climb the ranks and earn a top spot in the ladder.

During the ladder you will find Thanh's "Twitch stream” embedded right here in the ladder header. Who knows, maybe you will face off against him and appear on camera?

The goal of the ladder is to get as high “Ladder score” as possible. The top players will be rewarded with prizes.

You can join the ladder at any time and your “Ladder score” will automatically start to count once the event is ongoing and you have played your first opponent.

How to compete:

• Click "Join ladder"
• Click “Play Challenge” (only available when the event is “ongoing”)
• You will shortly be matched with an opponent. Once you get a notification that your challenge is ready, add each other in the game and play with the given rules of the ladder.
• After a player has won 2 games and the challenge is completed, report the outcome of the match and your “Ladder score” automatically starts to count.
• Track your progress in the “ladder” and “participants” tabs.
• Make sure to take ingame screenshots of all match results in case of a dispute or being requested by an admin.

Ladder rules & format

• This ladder is played in Best of 3 format which means the first player to get 2 wins against their opponent wins.

• You need to win with 2 different classes (for example if you have won with warrior you must choose another class for the second game).

• This ladder features 1 ban which means each player bans 1 of the 9 classes they do not wish to face by typing the banned class in your private challenge lobby chat.

• Players does not have to declare what classes they are playing to their opponent and can switch between as many decks and classes as they want to.

• When you get a match with an opponent you are required to play the game, if you do not show up or refuse to play, an admin will decide whether the challenge is cancelled or if a default win is handed out. (frequent abuse by not showing up will result in a warning and ultimately getting banned)

• Players with no challenges played in a ladder are not eligible for rewards

• If there is a tie in ladder score among the top 3 participants, a decider match will be played after the ladder with an admin spectating.

• If there is a tie in ladder score among the lower placings, global ranking score will be the deciding factor to determine placing.

• Being abusive by harassing or insulting other players in chat on Battleriff / ingame is not a tolerated behaviour and will result in loss of ladder points and ultimately getting banned.
  If you encounter any such behavior while taking part in Battleriff challenges, take a screenshot and contact an admin.

• You are responsible for all the actions taken on your account and only you are allowed to play on your account

• Abusing different glitches, cheats or non intended bugs in-game will disqualify you instantly

• Suspicious player patterns will be investigated and any evidence of abuse such as (but not limited to) win trading, multiple accounts, ghost accounts or match manipulation will disqualify you instantly and can result in a permanent ban

• We reserve all the rights to amend the rules and/or structure of the event at our sole discretion. In the unlikely case of a dispute, we reserve the right to interpret the rules at our sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
