Welcome to the Battlequest Ladder: Deathbringer

With this Battlequest we encourage you to bring back the dead as all minions are required to have the word deathrattle in their card text!

Have no fear though as you will be able to fill your decks to the top with any spells, deathknights and weapons of your choice...

This ladder features 1 ban which means each player bans 1 of the 9 classes which their opponent will not be able to play by typing the banned class in your private challenge lobby chat. The leftmost player in the challenge starts banning followed by the other player each banning 1 class at a time.

Battlequest - "Deathbringer" Rules

• Standard mode

• Only minions with the word "Deathrattle" in their card text may be included in your starting deck. (Yes this means cards like Carnivorous Cube are also legal to play).

• Any spells, deathknights and weapons can be included in your starting deck.

• If a minion without the text "Deathrattle" is obtained by another card (for example by discover or quest reward) it is then legal to play. (You can tell if the card says "Created by")

How to compete:

• Click "Join ladder"
• Click “Play Challenge” (only available when the event is “ongoing”)
• You will shortly be matched with an opponent. Once you get a notification that your challenge is ready, add each other in the game and play with the given rules of the ladder.
• After the challenge is completed, report the outcome of the match and your “Ladder score” automatically starts to count.
• Track your progress in the “ladder” and “participants” tabs.
• Make sure to take ingame screenshots of all match results in case of a dispute or being requested by an admin.

Ladder rules & format

• In all pick mode players does not have to declare what classes they are playing to their opponent and may switch between as many decks and classes as they want to.

• You must not delete your opponent from your friends list until the entire match has been completed.

• When you get a match with an opponent you are required to play the game, if you do not show up within 5 minutes or refuse to play, an admin will decide whether the challenge is cancelled or if a default win is handed out. (frequent abuse by not showing up or delaying matches will result in a warning and ultimately getting banned)

• This ladder features 1 ban which means each player bans 1 of the 9 classes which their opponent will not be able to play by typing the banned class in your private challenge lobby chat. • Players with less than 10 challenges played in this ladder are not eligible for rewards

• If a player is disconnected the opponent can claim a win for that game after 3 minutes have passed, make sure to take a screenshot showing the timer.

• If there is a tie in ladder score an admin will decide whether a tie breaker will be played or if global ranking score will be the deciding factor.

• Being abusive by harassing or insulting other players in chat on Battleriff / ingame is not a tolerated behaviour and will result in loss of ladder points and ultimately getting banned.
  If you encounter any such behavior while taking part in Battleriff challenges, take a screenshot and contact an admin.

• You are responsible for all the actions taken on your account and only you are allowed to play on your account

• Abusing different glitches, cheats or non intended bugs in-game will disqualify you instantly

• Suspicious player patterns will be investigated and any evidence of abuse such as (but not limited to) win trading, multiple accounts, ghost accounts or match manipulation will disqualify you instantly and can result in a permanent ban

• We reserve all the rights to amend the rules and/or structure of the event at our sole discretion. In the unlikely case of a dispute, we reserve the right to interpret the rules at our sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
